Great focus on ethics and community/environmental responsibility. Great products and a great range of products and services. Good work environment with a high competency level in the workforce. Strong efforts to listen to the voice of the employee.
Nothing major comes to mind. I would say that the concerted efforts to always listen to the voice of the employee, while a positive, do come with a lot of surveys and survey follow-ups, which can take time out of a busy workday.
