Focus on work/life balance, with a supportive team atmosphere that fosters trust to make you feel like if you take time off, you won't be coming back to a large amount of work that just hasn't been completed. It is a very energetic company with a passion to push the boundaries forward and to truly make the world a better place.
It's hard to share any negatives. I both love my job, love the people I work with, and love the challenges that are presented to me every day. If you are not adept at working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and forward-thinking company, then this is probably not the place for you.
