Many product teams are present. When any team or product no longer interests you, changing to another product is very seamless.
Good work/life balance.
The nature of the work purely depends on the team/product.
As a market leader in most of the products it sells, good learning is assured.
The appraisal cycle is very bad and confusing. It takes six months for a hike to get effective after the bonus announcement.
Don't take good employees for granted. Rate employees for their contribution and don't exploit based on personal situations. My current management is good, whereas my previous management had this attitude of denying promotions and good hikes despite good work, citing lame reasons.
