Pros
  • Flexible Hours
  • Challenging Projects
  • Learning curve

Executives at Dell are well-aligned with the long-term vision, and the company is heading in the right direction.

Cons
  • Double Standards across Management
  • Hike is provided when joining, but if you stay for 5+ years, your salary will be way less compared to industry standards.
  • Team members will join your team with more salary and less demands, but management will expect you to perform high-demanding work with no value or respect.
  • People are not allowed to grow in the company nor valued for what they are bringing in when taking internal movements.
Advice to Management

Treat employees who are growing with the company and value them for what they bring in.

Contract workers are treated very unfairly. If you are hiring (C2H), try to at least help them achieve their goals and propel them in their growth. Keep the expectations right and communicate their goals rather than pushing them around while they slog long working hours to get hired.
