Importance to diversity is a great plus.
Technical growth is slow after 10-plus years of experience. Currently, due to a merger, there are a lot of unknowns and frequent changes in strategy, thus a lack of focus on individual product futures. Internal job changes are difficult. As in all large companies, there is some amount of politics.
Minimize duplication of products.
It is time to create an integrated portfolio of products which are easy to use and have similar management tools.
Help technical folks to grow and provide opportunities to change products within the company for technical folks.
