I have been working with EMC for the last 5+ years and I love my job here! The senior management is happy as long as the work is getting done on time. The work-life balance is very good here at EMC when I compare it with my previous companies. The bosses don't micromanage here, and that makes one feel that you are accountable for what you are supposed to deliver! It is a great place to work, and I am extremely happy to be part of this company!
I don't see anything big for this section. The only thing is, there is some unrest overall because of the recent EMC Dell merger. I hope that gets settled as time moves on.
