Work culture depends on team to team. If you are working with a team across the globe (Israel, France, etc.), it's good. If all are from India, it can be bad, though not necessarily.
Management made policy teams should be made based on geographic location. That's too bad.
Next, this may sound funny, but stereotypes are built after experiencing the same thing again and again.
Stay away from PowerPath, guys. If anyone you're working with says they worked on a product named PowerPath before, keep a good distance. They're very tricky people, too involved in politics.
Let teams be across the globe, not specific to a geo location.
