It's alright
- I only work 40 hours a week.
- Fully remote.
- Checks arrive every two weeks.
The team keeps shrinking, but the amount of work that needs to be done does not. Management seems to have no plans to fix this. The team is pretty disorganized and wastes a lot of time in unproductive meetings. Dell is trying to clamp down on remote work now, despite saying they supported it a couple of years ago. It doesn't feel like there are many growth opportunities from where I am.
