The company delivers on its promises and has excellent tools for its employees.
One of the main challenges I faced at Dell, and which motivated my departure in 2023, was the low accountability culture that I perceived in some teams. The lack of commitment to deadlines and the disengagement of some of the team directly impacted the productivity and quality of deliveries.
In my view, this fragility in execution was a determining factor for the company to later review its remote work policy, seeking greater control and alignment.
