The company culture is great, always valuing us as people.
Being a large company, we sometimes have to deal with a lot of bureaucracy. But, still, I don't see it as a big problem.
Salaries and benefits could be better, but it's not such a significant gap. As the environment is very good, this ends up justifying it.
