The process was a bit too slow, with no quick feedback. Between the HR interview, the technical interview, and the manager interview, the entire process took over a month.

Fairly standard process, started by the recruiter and finally onsite (Pre-Covid). Applied online and received an email a few days later. Had an initial phone screening, then talked to the hiring manager, and then the panel.

A call from the PM with questions about my past experience and soft skills. A video call with a DBA, then two experienced engineers from another project. They asked me about my prior experience, technologies I used, and some SDLC questions. At the e
