My team is fully remote forever. I work on interesting projects, have learned a ton, and was promoted after only a year.
It’s hard to complain here, but it is slow-paced for sure, with good work-life balance though.
Not many. Low pay if you didn’t negotiate your offer.
Better vision and execution would go a long way.
Less politics and bureaucracy.
