Was an internal hire. The interview process was standard: * 2-3 phone interviews * A personal loop with 4-6 individuals All interviewers provided a rated response to determine hireability.

1 phone screen, 1 on-site interview, 1 follow-up phone interview. The on-site interview involved three panels, with two persons at a time (one on the phone from a remote location).

There were totally 8 rounds of interview, of which 3 were telephonic and the remaining were on-site at Round Rock campus, TX. Some lasted for 30 minutes and some for 1 hour. All of them asked common questions from my resume on the projects I worked
