Excellent company
Dell is an excellent company, so far the best company I've worked for. They are super flexible, the salary is decent to good, the colleagues are super nice and they listen to your initiatives and encourage you to grow.
The salary might not be among the highest in the sector, but they still have good incentives that complement the salary.
