Pros

Pay for performance, merit-based raises, profit sharing.

Good training opportunities.

Cons

Little to no advancement opportunities. Too much of the 'good old boy' network in promotion and hiring decisions. New people brought in at higher levels with no experience rather than promoting from within.

Advice to Management

You have lost a lot of good people due to stupid office politics and uncertainty. Where is the company headed? This was always a mystery.
