Resource Deployment Manager
I first had to pass an aptitude assessment, followed by a phone screen with the Hiring Manager. As a final step, I went through a panel interview with the Hiring Manager and another member of the resource deployment team.
Software Engineer
It was an on-campus recruitment. Overall, the entire process was pretty decent. The first round was a HirePro assessment, followed by two technical rounds and a managerial and HR round.
