Projects change like the wind and sometimes lack direction and solid requirements.
Slow down and nail down a solid direction and requirements with all the t’s crossed before having engineering go 150mph to deliver a project that will never reach users. I know this happens in business, but at least be transparent to the ones working double and triple overtime to lift a product by impossible deadlines.
Still super happy here. My direct is the best boss I’ve ever had, and the flexibility is unheard of.
