- No strict timings
- Not much work here.
- There are no standards with respect to the code currently available. Any person joining from a CMM level company would feel very dissatisfied with the code they would have to work on for a lifetime.
- There is no proper hierarchy with respect to team level.
- No fun activities or team outings.
- A single person has to work on many projects simultaneously, in which there would be nothing much to do with respect to code.
