I found a job ad on openstack.org/jobs and contacted HR to offer my services. I had an initial introductory call with HR, after which we organized an interview with a manager. There were many questions regarding my background. The next interview involved a team leader and a developer from the US. There was a quite challenging test on Python programming. Later, I was sent an offer to join the company, which even included a bonus payment. I had to relocate myself from Lithuania to Dublin.
