Medical policy is not good. Pay can be better. Cafeteria food is not so good. Employee Laptop purchase policy is not good. Job security is not so convincing.
Keep the good things going. Please bring employee-friendly policies. On the basis of market standards, don't do wrong what other companies are doing.
