Not really a con, but the company is evolving from a data center-centric sales model to more of an "as a service" model with a focus on hybrid cloud. The loss of VMware and Boomi, I think, was a minus. The need for professional services is great in delivering true business solutions, but the consulting practice is rather underdeveloped in the newer, cutting-edge fields.
