Panel interview with three managers. Questions focused on past experiences and how to handle managing up and dealing with changes in consent. Each interview at Dell differs, as there is no set structure that the interview team must follow.

I was connected through a reference. I had a 2-hour technical/behavioral interview for a contract role. They liked my profile, so I was given an offer the same day. Questions asked were very technical on Python and Selenium.

There were totally 8 rounds of interview, of which 3 were telephonic and the remaining were on-site at Round Rock campus, TX. Some lasted for 30 minutes and some for 1 hour. All of them asked common questions from my resume on the projects I worked
