Where to start?
Michael Dell's quote: "Play Nice but Win."
But all VPs, Sr. VPs, and Sr. Directors just play crap to survive. Dell just comes up with some buzzwords every year. The last few years were Cloud, APEX, and then nothing much was delivered because all higher management is so non-technical that they don't have any vision.
This is the company where, when they need to cut costs, they remove all their technical people first. Those who are not licking boots will be the first to be let go. In my last 12 years, I never saw any Sr. Dir or Dir's asked to let go.
Most orgs have incompetent resources, and they are just there to conduct meetings. Most Senior Architects are there to take credit for junior resources'.
The year 2024 buzzword is AI and Generative AI, and all Directors and Sr. Dir's keep using the same buzzwords in every call. After 1-2 years, everyone starts talking about something else.
There's no accountability towards customers from higher management. Only junior resources are dedicated to resolving customer issues. Management's priority has just shifted to getting promoted faster, getting big fat salaries, and then moving to some other group when they feel they can be asked to let go.
Remove all Sr. Dir. and Directors; they are worthless. Hire more Product Managers, Sr. Managers, and Architects who can report directly to the VP.

Pretty easy 1 DSA question. That's all. LeetCode medium and very internal details about databases in general. Previous company questions and architecture details about company software. Pretty easy managerial round.
