The company is very ethical and has a good set of benefits and a good work environment, whether at the company or from home during the pandemic.
Management doesn't care if you're an excellent programmer, but rather a great bureaucrat. The company sells itself as innovative, but it's absurdly vertical, and this blocks attempts at technological advancement. The company is infested with applications using old technologies, with no prospect of change in the medium term. If you are considering an opportunity here as a developer, come in knowing that software development will be less than 50% of your job.
