1. Very insecure company in terms of job safety.
2. Do as the boss says, or you will be a big sufferer and stand nowhere.
3. Pathetic management skills; they don't know how to lead and have no project vision or clarity.
4. Managers give no appreciation, and hikes generally range from 0 to a maximum of 5%. If you are a 'boss's dog,' you will get 10% to 12% maximum. Otherwise, for normal hard workers, hikes are a maximum of 5%.
5. Lots of groupism exists among peers. If you are lucky enough to fall into a team where the majority of people are from your state, then you are lucky to survive.
6. Lots of politics exist among senior people.

Learn some management skills at least. Please help Dell to grow, not to sink.
