Applied through the Dell portal. The recruiter then called to discuss an initial screening, followed by four rounds of telephone calls (3 technical + 1 manager). The calls were scheduled with different panels one after the other.

My interview was just okay. The interviewer (I don't want to mention his name here) did not ask me any technical questions. Apart from that, he misunderstood that I am a front-end developer, and said this was purely back-end development work. I tried
