It used to be an okay company. I actually liked working here, but that was years ago.
Today, Dell has some of the worst leadership in the industry. No lie!
Time to clean house with all the horrible, nepotistic leadership that is driving Dell into the ground. Dell is no longer respected in the industry. Customers and competitors laugh at our solutions.
The technical interview was good. There was a panel of 5 interviewers. Additionally, I had a one-on-one interview with 2 senior managers. The HR department was very responsive throughout the whole process.
Applied through the Dell portal. The recruiter then called to discuss an initial screening, followed by four rounds of telephone calls (3 technical + 1 manager). The calls were scheduled with different panels one after the other.
