Good salary. Good compensation. Good office infrastructure.
The recent Return to Office policy is bad, similar to a voluntary resignation. Every month, we hear about someone getting fired, which is scary; I never saw this in the past. A very negative atmosphere is present across all teams.
Traveling 39 days in a quarter, especially for women, is an overkill. Before COVID, we used to go to the office and never used to come home and work. Now, the expectation is that you have to go to the office, like hybrid, and then come back home and work like remote.
Make RTO 20 days instead of 39 days. You will get more productive, happy employees.
