Good company to settle at, provided you get a good team.
My experience at Dell had been very good until I joined a team in Bangalore and had to work with a manager who made my life hell. He clearly targeted people. In fact, the whole team was unhappy with him, and even after repeated complaints to his manager (US), no action was taken against him. Then one day, he got the Tell-Dell result, which was not good, and he completely went crazy. There were open attacks, and my life was never the same. What surprised me is how no one (even directors) was able to help. The whole team is unhappy and just trying to switch.
Take employee complaints seriously. One bad fish can ruin and damage the whole team.
