Only one. It's about flexible timings. I don't see other benefits in my 9 years of experience at Dell.

Dell as a Product Company

1. Wages are very low compared to other organizations.
2. There are many employees with 7+ years of experience getting less than 15 lakhs.
3. Salaries are not defined by work, but by how close you are to your manager.
4. "Brokers" who carried information between Business and Teams will get promoted once they complete 1.5 years of tenure. The reason is they save the manager time, whereas developers may get promoted after 1.5 years or more, even up to 5 years, those who actually develop or fix bugs.
5. Tell Dell - Almost 95% of employees provide positive feedback, since employees feel managers get information from higher levels about their team who had given a bad report.
6. Trainings will be provided only to 25% of the team, and others have to struggle to compete with the trained.
7. HRs are dummy, just to get new employees to the team.
