Pros

Dell as a company provides a strong platform for growth and innovation, with well-established processes and global exposure.

Cons

The current work environment is extremely demanding and unsustainable. Employees are expected to be available 24/7, including weekends, with no regard for personal boundaries or work-life balance. The culture normalizes overworking and burnout.

There is high micromanagement at every level, leaving no room for autonomy or trust. The Scrum environment feels suffocating, with constant pressure and unrealistic expectations. Developers are not given the space to estimate or plan realistically — instead, they are expected to just "deliver" without questioning.

Due to the toxic environment, almost everyone in the team is actively looking for new opportunities. Morale is low, and internal motivation has significantly declined. The focus has shifted from collaboration and problem-solving to survival and coping.

This is not a healthy or productive setup, and unless changes are made, attrition will only increase and overall productivity will continue to suffer.

Advice to Management

Stop micro-managing and keep the team productive during weekdays.
