For a short time, it is okay for contract employees. Not for a long time.
No cons for a contract employee. There is no ethics at all from Dell's side. Come work and go, and whenever they need you, they will ask you to log in from home.
Educate your employees to respect another human being. We are contract employees working for Dell, not slaves.
