Well, if you want to have a relaxed life with no considerations and no ambitions, Dell is the place to go. They have a good work-from-home system, and leaves are easy to get.
The teams are lazy, and they have a huge work-from-home system. However, the pay is less, and there is no onsite. Furthermore, the management is too much into internal politics and does not care about the work being done.
Please get over your hierarchical attitude and value to seniority. Individual brilliance should be appreciated and provided more incentives to grow.
