Good opportunity to learn a new tech stack.
- Huge partiality between FTE and contract.
- No team outings (when things were normal).
- No parking in building; have to park 1.5 km away (when things were normal).
- You are expected to take full ownership of the work but will never get credit. The FTE team lead will get the whole credit.
- You won't get converted to FTE based on your performance but on the basis of your relationship with the lead and manager.
If a contract employee is doing their work well, recognize and appreciate them.
