Senior Management is not open to the employee's feedback and suggestions. They impose the process whether employees like it or not.
Management is a lot process-oriented.
On the name of change, they keep bringing new processes every month without doing proper analysis.
Dell's management gives more importance to the process than people. In short, EMC used to be a people-oriented company, whereas Dell is a process-oriented company.
Please keep the feedback channel open. Be a leader and not a boss.
Before bringing any change or new process, please do proper analysis.
