Work-life balance is good. The work-from-home option is available. There are teams who work from home thrice a week. This review is for DellEMC.
Low salary compared to market standards. I work for EMC DELL in the storage domain. When I joined, HR gave around a 40% hike, but that didn't result in a salary increase. They include PF, gratuity, and insurance in CTC, which doesn't affect your actual salary.
Trust the Indian team and give them development work. In the storage domain, most development work is based in China or the US. India is looked for only sustenance work, which sucks a lot.
