Too bad politics
Work-life balance was okay.
- Although work-life balance was fine, it didn’t matter much because my manager took the liberties to call me on my phone anytime to yell at me.
- It’s as if the work we did didn’t matter much to the company. None of the projects we worked on would even be moved to production because the upper management changes their mind every six months and we would have to start a new project.
- The manager would micromanage the hell out of us because she wanted to feel like she’s doing something.
If you don’t need a team, don’t build one. I’ve spent two years working on projects that were never used because you would change your mind midway.
