I was contacted by phone for the interview. After verifying information, I waited another two or three weeks to get an appointment to speak with the local and overseas team. Another two weeks passed to speak with the overseas area manager.

I had two 45-minute technical interviews and one 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. For the most part, those who conducted the technical interviews were nice. The hiring manager, on the other hand, came off as very unpleasant.

Applied through the Dell portal. The recruiter then called to discuss an initial screening, followed by four rounds of telephone calls (3 technical + 1 manager). The calls were scheduled with different panels one after the other.
