Back then (2006-09), the management was cool. It was one of the most reputed and feel-good places to work at.
I am not aware of the work environment after the takeover of Perot Systems by Dell.
The chief strength of Perot Systems was the work satisfaction and smooth running professional life. Try to keep it that way.
