Pros

Benefits, salary, 401K, and other employee perks are great.

Cons

Dell branding gets in the way of other Lines of Business. If you are not in their hardware or cloud group, your division is less important, and business decisions are made for you if they interface with the hardware side of the house. It is a slow-moving company. It takes an act of Congress to get a decision made. In today's world, they just move too slowly compared to other IT-based companies, i.e., Google, Amazon, or eBay.

Advice to Management

replace upper management. There are a lot of people in management that should never have been part of Dell.
