Great customer focus, and at the end of the day, everyone works with a customer mindset, which is motivating.

Work/life balance for most of the employees.

Salary/incentives are competitive or higher than other companies in Austin/Round Rock.

Cons

Too much management bureaucracy, which slows down collaboration as a Dell team.

No clear strategy for areas of opportunities.

Hardware mindset when planning and executing for software offerings.

Career growth from the technical ladder is limited.

Advice to Management

Come together as one Dell organization and work towards achieving one common goal: be the #1 provider of IT Enterprise solutions from a convergence perspective.
