A good company to work for
Not too much work pressure. Balanced professional and personal life.
No challenges. The company doesn't have long-term visibility. The management is not good. They don't rate people based on their deliverables, but on how social or close a person is to the manager. The appraisal system sucks.
They should consolidate their knowledge, IP, and products instead of expanding their business.
