There was a lot of misalignment from management and the transformation teams. They were attempting to make the company more lean and agile at the team level, while mandating a traditional Waterfall style.
Spend time learning the new ways.
Experience it, live it, and align with it. Otherwise, we will have a continuous mismatch between teams following agile principles and the management mandates.
