A well-run big company
Professional, well-run work environment. I was in a small group that was recently acquired, and we retained some of the small company culture, although it was diminishing. Good benefits and good people to work with; very professional. Good work-life balance and open to remote work in some positions.
Usual big company issues: a lot of procedure and rules. A lot of people were let go so they could do a large acquisition.
More autonomy lower in the organization.
Figure out how to do an acquisition without resorting to mass layoffs of good people.
