Pleasure in working. The environment is good. Colleagues are mostly friendly and welcome. Fruits and yogurt are provided every day. Flexible working time with easy remote work. Overall, it is a very nice place to work.
There is no salary raise for new-comers in the first year, even for those who have prior working experience.
It seems the raise portion is not as good as in the past for colleagues who qualify for a salary raise.
As Dell acquired EMC in the transaction, this is the overall situation for legacy EMC R&D engineers.
Just the one point out in the cons. Hope the management team at Dell will take it into consideration. Hope Dell has a bright time!
