I was contacted by phone for the interview. After verifying information, I waited another two or three weeks to get an appointment to speak with the local and overseas team. Another two weeks passed to speak with the overseas area manager.

The interview process was detail-oriented and focused on prior experience and knowledge of technologies. There were no trick questions, no HR nonsense about greatest strengths or greatest weaknesses, and no coding problems to solve.
