Fair pay and good benefits.
Very poor recognition of the "good" and very quick recognition of the "bad." You're only a number. The corporate culture is VERY competitive. There's no notion of teamwork and collaboration for mutual goals.
Promote teamwork and collaboration. De-emphasize internal competition.
