Pros

It has got a big brand name and the processes being followed are up to the mark. The exposure to the workflow would be good. Lateral hiring can get you good money.

Cons

Salary is not good if you stick there for a long time.

Stupid onsite policies are being followed now.

Advice to Management

Try to retain good talent. The focus should be to reward employees who are good at work, and not the ones who are good at taking credit for everything.

Also, family politics is being run in almost every project. Try to reward deserving people rather than people who have good connections with senior management.
