Have some bureaucratic restrictions that are obstacles to people doing their jobs.
Spend an inordinate amount of time filling out self-evaluations and other "administrarium," which takes away from doing what we are hired to do.
You need to understand that your biggest asset is your employees and not the next acquisition.
