Weak benefits (compared to previous EMC benefits).
Incredibly political.
No transparency.
Horrible resource management.
Cooked books all over the place.
No sense of "correct" work - always rushing stuff to check off short-term quarterly goals instead of looking at the big picture.
Listen to your employees.
